Maple Surgar

Q: Where was Maple Sugar made?
A: In the big woods.
Q: How do you make Maple Sugar?
A: First you harvest the maple syrup,then you boil it and skim it. When it is finished you pour it into buckets and it hardens.
Q: What are some uses for Maple Sugar?
A: 1. Candy, 2. Syrup for pancakes and waffles, 3. You can use it for cakes, 4, For making carmel. 5, For medicine.
Q: How is Maple Sugar made today?
A: You collect the syrup, then you put it all in the storage tank. After that you bring it to the sugar house. Then the sugar is evaporated, after all that you get the final product in this case fresh syrup.
